The cases explained in this section of the web started in the year 2000 and some still aren't finished. About 30 court employees participated, mostly judges with some prosecutors and others. The affected party worked in the court system until the year 2006. The following cases contain a series of flagrantly illegal judicial resolutions which were apparently designed to deny the rights and legitimate interests of Remei TC:

• Didn't apply the domestic violence law when her ex-spouse physically and psychologically abused her.

• Married her ex-spouse with a Russian illegal immigrant TWO YEARS before obtaining his divorce.

• Permitted her ex-spouse to keep 39.000€ from a bank account in their child's name, which was destined to pay educational costs.

• Accused her of the crime of falsification, which she never committed, to suspend her from work and salary with the intent of firing her.

• Eliminated responsibility to pay an important amount on a private agreement

• Seized her apartment without previous notice for unapproved costs, illegally

All the unjust resolutions are public documents and consequentially, are irrefutable proof of the actions of the alleged obstructors of justice.
